Quick Tip 1: Write down your goals to get clarity.
To get in the right direction, you have to plan on how to get there.
Jotting your goals down not only increases your chances of achieving your goals but it provides a picture of what you want your future to look like.
Quick Tip 2: Breakdown bigger goals to smaller ones.
When a goal seems too big, break it down to 3-5 smaller goals.
Breaking down my goals helps me accomplish more because it allows me to get small wins instead of waiting for the big prize. The small wins keep me going on days I didn’t feel like going. As long as I accomplished something, it gave me the push to want to do more.
Quick Tip 3: Get an accountability partner.
Create a support system to accomplish your goals.
I notice when I have someone who checks in on me, cheers me on, and holds me accountable, I am more than likely to complete my goals. Find someone who believes in you and will push you on days you feel like giving up.
