It has been a week since the passing of 9 people, which included Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. When I first heard the news, I could not believe it. There was all kind of stories coming in, but once the dust finally settled, it was confirmed.
As I continued to scroll through social media, I kept seeing posts that said “life is too short“, “don’t forget to tell your loved ones you love them” or “tomorrow is never promised“, I started to see that the world slow down for a moment and realized this could happen to any of us.
Think about this, if the doctor gave you six months to live, you would do everything possible to get your affairs in order and would make peace with all of the people you have wronged. No questions asked.
If I can give you one piece of advice, I would give you this….Love and Live like it is your last day. No time to hate, no time to feel sorry for yourself, and no time to give up.
Don’t take for granted that you can always reach out to people because that person may not be around to hear it.
